Roomkind supports one rectangular room per layout, rectangular furniture and solid wall segments, and openings on exterior walls. It does not model irregular rooms, multi-floor buildings, curved objects, door swings or 3D. There is no image tracing, automatic measurement, structural analysis, or permit guidance. Opening approach zones are simple width-by-width squares, not a clearance standard. Touching edges do not trigger an overlap warning. Allow real-world tolerances.
Metric and decimal imperial units use exact conversions; displayed values are rounded. Exports contain only the active layout. JSON backups contain all layouts and may reveal your room dimensions. Your project is processed in this browser; the hosting provider still receives ordinary page requests.
